RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TonerLoop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • Product is free from physical damage or signs of use
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Certain items, such as opened consumables or products damaged due to misuse, may not be eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used printer consumables (e.g., ink or toner cartridges)
  • Software or digital products (if applicable)
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Relevant photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair guidance, or refund as appropriate.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or documentation to support the claim.

RETURN SHIPPING

EXCHANGES
