CANCELLATION POLICY

TonerLoop understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. This policy outlines when and how cancellations can be requested.

TonerLoop is owned and operated by Geek TechBuzz LLC.

ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

Orders may be canceled if the request is received before the order has been processed and shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. If the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a refund.

ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSED OR SHIPPED

Once an order has been processed for shipment, packed, or handed over to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

PREORDER OR SPECIAL ITEMS

Orders for special-order or limited-availability products may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun, as these items may be sourced specifically for the customer.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELED ORDERS

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after confirmation.

FRAUD PREVENTION AND ORDER REVIEW

TonerLoop reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other concerns that may affect order fulfillment. Customers will be notified if such action is taken.
